In this course, advanced ESL students will develop their speaking and listening skills in a variety of contexts, including presentations of Yukon First Nations oral history. They will learn such strategies as listening for main ideas and details, predicting content, dealing with distractions, and using context clues to understand what they hear. They will also improve their knowledge of grammar.
