This 1 day course is designed to provide participants with knowledge in wellhead protection planning which includes the purpose of wellhead protection, review of basic hydrogeology, well and wellhead construction and protection, groundwater source protection, and developing a wellhead protection plan.

This course is especially recommended for water operators and is relevant to health professionals, supervisors, technicians and homeowners involved and/or interested in water systems.

Accepted for 0.6 CEUs by EOCP as Core for WD, SWS, BWD and Related for WT, WWC, WWT, SWWS.
