ADDITIONAL YUKON UNIVERSITY BSW PROGRAM COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course, students will have an opportunity to become directly involved in a human service organization as an initial introduction to the field of social work. With support of practicum supervisors, students will be directly involved with clients and other systems within the community. It is recommended that SW 348 be taken concurrently with other social work courses so as to assist the student in integrating practice experiences with social work theory.
