PROJ 002 - Project Management Professional (PMP®) Exam Preparation

Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is the industry standard for demonstrating competence and a solid foundation of project management skills.

This intensive PMP® Certification Preparation course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam on the first attempt. Through a blend of expert instruction, real-world case studies, and rigorous practice exams, participants will gain a deep understanding of the core concepts and practices of project management. You will cover all evaluated subject areas, and provide example questions and answers to familiarize participants with the scoring methods used. In this course, participants learn proven techniques from a qualified PMP®, greatly increasing their chances of achieving a higher score than they would without this course.

Prerequisite(s)

Although there is no prerequisite for this course, taking Project Management Essentials Part 1 or 2 would be beneficial.

This hands-on workshop includes instruction and exercises that reinforce the learning. Participants are grouped in teams that plan and manage real projects using the tools and techniques presented.
