PHIL 121 - Professionalism and Ethics
This course focuses on developing a foundation for practice in education and employment support roles with regards to professional and ethical behaviour. Participants will explore how Indigenous ethics and values can be integrated and applied to the principles, values and ethics that guide the helping professions. Specific ethical and professional issues relating to education and employment support roles will be scrutinized, and strategies will be introduced for addressing ethical dilemmas and setting boundaries in the workplace.
