MANG CE10 - Effective Committees in Non Profit Organizations

Most Yukon Non-Profit Organizations include Committees in their governance structure, but often there are challenges related to clarity regarding the authority, roles and responsibilities of these Committees. How do they fit within the organization in a way that they can contribute to its Vision, Mission and future? In this course, we will dispel several myths related to Committees and examine how to make Committees more effective and productive in your organization.

  • Learn how to develop effective Terms of Reference for Committees in your organization
