LEAD 300 - Multijurisdictional Business
Yukon is comprised of First Nation, municipal, a territorial and federal governments; each of these operates individually and are guided by differing values. This context is not unique to Yukon and is common to other jurisdictions. In order to be effective, leaders in northern organizations need to work ethically and respectfully with an understanding of the relevant context. This course will introduce students to the political development of the Yukon and how that impacts business decisions.
