This 2-day workshop, presented by Hospice Yukon, explores the challenge of loss in the workplace. The loss may be related to a client or patient, or result from the sudden death or terminal illness of a colleague or a family member. If you are a frontline-worker, typically involved with client service delivery, you may find this workshop especially valuable.

Over the 2 days, you will enhance your knowledge of the nature of grief and its specific challenges within a work environment, learn from your colleagues, and explore the importance of self-care in an interactive forum. Special emphasis will be given to maintaining your own good health, while working in an environment where loss can be a re-occurring theme.
