Human Resources Planning activities are necessary to meet the needs of changing organizations.
Explore recruitment, selection, and retention strategies and best practices for today's workforce. We will examine the impact of the external environment on staffing, strategic importance of staffing and alignment, current issues in staffing, decision making, the importance of KPIs, succession planning as well as the interdependence of staffing with other HRM functions.
