To build on their artistic skills, students will apply the knowledge, skills, and techniques learned in the program’s art courses to design and construct a variety of products and small crafts. Emphasis will be placed on product development for the marketplace. Stringent quality control standards will be developed and followed. The goal of this course is to create high-quality products at a standard that increases the overall inventory of desirable, affordable and marketable Northern artistic products.
