FACI CE04 - Advanced Facilitation
Behind every effective facilitated event/meeting/workshop is a considerable amount of preparation and meticulous attention to detail. A skilled facilitator makes all the difference in terms of achieving the intended outcome of the setting. As the facilitator, have you used the best approach to reach the end goal?

This course is designed for experienced facilitators, managers, team leaders, trainers, event planners, and volunteers who want to refine their facilitation skills to enhance effectiveness in meetings, workshops, and sessions.
By the end of this course you will:
- Understand different learning styles and how to accommodate these into facilitation practices.
- Apply key principles of effective communication in various settings.
- Understand a variety of facilitation techniques to stimulate participation & engagement.
- How to develop a plan and prepare for an effective facilitated session.
- Identify and prepare for interventions for challenging situations during facilitation.

It is preferred that participants have completed the Introduction to Facilitation course (FACI CE03) and/or have some experience in facilitation. A pre-course survey will be circulated 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.
