First Line Supervisor recertification

Supervisors whose previous Yukon First Line certification is about to or has recently expired may apply for recertification. The fee for recertification is $50.00 and will be valid for 5 years.

You must verify that you meet all requirements to apply for recertification.

I have previously been certified as a First Line Supervisor in the Yukon.

I have experience supervising in my Yukon field of certification for at least 2 years in the previous 5 years.

I will have a valid Standard First Aid Certificate, as a minimum, before taking on any supervisory responsibilities.

I am familiar with and understand my responsibilities as a supervisor under the applicable health and safety legislation.
