Wage: $25.00 hourly
25 hours bi-weekly (approximate)

Duties:
• Inventory management and organizing tools
• Loading and unloading trailers and vehicles
• Cleaning and fueling fleet vehicles
• Data entry and records management
• Build and maintain spreadsheets
Qualifications:
• Yukon University student
• Valid Yukon Class 5 license, with a clean driving abstract (preference given to class 4 license)
• Physically fit and able to lift 20kgs
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and oral form
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Must have a strong attention to detail, enjoy organizing, and problem-solving
The student hire will work with the CNIM team to provide support for ongoing CNIM programs. Student hours can be flexible based on courseload and demands of the program but will be approximately 10-12.5 hours a week (based on mutual agreement of supervisor and student) which may involve weekend work. The primary focus of this position will be to support the CNIM staff and assist with the equipment and vehicle preparation for use in programming activities. Should they be interested, students hired in this position will be provided the opportunity for air brake endorsement and Class 3 Commercial driving training after 12 weeks of employment with the CNIM team.
