Based on 37.5 hours bi-weekly

The Office of the Registrar team is comprised of a group of talented and committed individuals dedicated to enhancing student success. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students, staff, and the public.
Duties
• Processing registrations and providing registration support
• Processing withdrawals, dismissals, and course cancellations
• Provide timely, accurate information to students, public and University personnel on course information
• Monitoring, answering, and resolving registration and records enquiries.
• Provides information, assistance and related services to the public, students, faculty, and staff in a pleasant, timely and customer focused manner
• Performing data entry functions with accuracy and speed.
• Inputting, accessing, and retrieving student information
Qualifications
• Experience within an educational environment using a student information system (i.e., Banner), preferably within a Registrar’s office.
• Experience accurately using a database and various software and composing a variety of correspondence.
• Excellent customer service, technical aptitude, and communication skills
• Problem solving skills are essential.
