About the Opportunity:

The Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator will support project development across the Office of the Registrar and the division of Student Success. As part of a dynamic student services team, the EA & Project Coordinator will work with multiple university stakeholders and Project Leads to support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the student experience. The EA & Project Coordinator also provides daily administrative and scheduling support to the Registrar & AVP Student Life, while organizing relevant Senate and Senate subcommittee reports, presentations, and communications.

The Registrar & AVP, Student Life oversees a wide range of student services and supports including: Recruitment, Admissions, Registration, Transfer Credit, Funding and Awards, Counselling, Accessibility, Learning Strategist supports, Writing supports, International advising, First Nation Student Navigators, Student Engagement and Peer Mentorship programming. The Registrar & AVP leads strategies, projects, and policy and procedure developments that ensure YukonU student services and supports reflect the university’s Strategic and Academic plans, while upholding and advancing the university’s Reconciliation Framework.
