Are you interested in expanding on your experiences and teaching part-time?

Yukon University is looking for qualified individuals, on a casual basis, to teach courses in the School of Science during the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters for the following courses:

COMM 204 (Winter) – Introduction to Scientific and Technical Communication https://www.yukonu.ca/programs/courses/comm-204

GEOG 250 (in part, Winter) – Introduction to Mapping and Geographic Information Systems (https://www.yukonu.ca/programs/courses/geog-250)

GEOG 102 lab (Winter) – Introduction to Physical Geography (https://www.yukonu.ca/programs/courses/geog-102)

RRMT 235 (Fall) Forest Ecology and Management (in part, help with labs). (https://www.yukonu.ca/programs/courses/rrmt-235)

RRMT 241 (Fall or Winter) Introduction to Land Management: (https://www.yukonu.ca/programs/courses/rrmt-241)

The ideal candidate will have at minimum a M.Sc. degree in a relevant discipline. Previous university or college teaching experience will be considered an asset.
