As a Student Engagement Coordinator, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and assessment of a broad range of educationally meaningful student-learning focused activities as well as development and delivery of innovative and engaging services that attract and retain students and supports the thriving of a diverse group of students. You will work with individuals and groups of students to encourage leadership, innovation, and creativity.

The successful candidate will have relevant post-secondary education and experience working with diverse populations and designing and delivering events, programs and activities that engage students. Experience working in a post-secondary institution within Student Affairs would be considered an asset.

You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work creatively in an academic environment along with the ability to advise and mentor student leaders on matters related to leadership development, student committees, student organizations, special projects, and special task forces. You are highly organized and skilled at working collaboratively with numerous partners.
