Yukon University’s Marketing and Communications team is recruiting 2 student positions for Summer 2025 to support a variety of web, social media, marketing, storytelling and administrative tasks within the unit.

Our ideal candidates have aptitude, some experience, and passion in one or more of the following areas:
• copy writing for public-facing audiences on a variety of platforms (e.g., websites, blogs, social media),
• writing about science and research topics for non-expert audiences,
• developing and implementing content plans,
• photography and video production,
• graphic design (especially experience using Canva),
• event planning.

The Marketing and Communications unit is a busy and often fast paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for confident individuals who are comfortable engaging with students, alumni, faculty and staff from all sectors of the University and broader community to prepare profiles and share important stories.
