Contrary to common perception, conflict isn't solely a negative encounte. This two-day course is designed to present and help develop the skills necessary to effectively resolve conflicts and attain mutually beneficial outcomes.
Through a deep dive into the nature of conflict, you will gain insights into its potential escalation, types, and stages. Building on this understanding, you will learn to apply the five primary conflict resolution approaches effectively.
